The house
We make very few things, from materials that do exactly what we say they do: marble that keeps water cool, gold that is engraved rather than printed, aluminium that does not rust.
Where a stone varies, we say so. Where a run is small, we give you the number.
Stone keeps water cool without being plugged in.
A solid block of marble holds temperature the way a cellar does. It also weighs 2.2kg, which means an enthusiastic dog cannot push it across the kitchen. The Viola is down to 14; there will be no more of this stone.
Their name, cut into the metal. Never printed on it.
18k gold electroplate over stainless steel, sealed against the humidity and engraved deep by fibre laser. Every name and portrait is proofed to you first; nothing is cut until you have said yes.
Hardware for a city that never quite dries.
6061-T6 aluminium where zinc alloy is the norm, because aluminium does not rust and the buckle is the part that has to last. Nylon webbing that sits flat and will not stain a pale coat.

Cut from a single block, sealed food-safe, and engraved underneath with the hound.

You see the proof before anything is cut.
Send us a name, or a photograph of the dog. We lay it out on the tag, email you the proof, and wait. Nothing is engraved until you have approved it, and what we engrave will still be legible in three years.

You approve every engraving
Nothing is cut into metal until you have seen a proof and said yes. Portraits especially.
Returns within 14 days
Anything unengraved and unused can come back within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging.
